TECHit Orientation Agenda for new Store Managers
Hello new store manager. After reading the below thoroughly, I will jump on a brief call with you at the scheduled time requested by your Market Manager to grant access to the SM profile, Excel and the TECHit Help Center (if needed). Please read the below so we can minimize the time spent for the onboarding process. Also, when onboarding new retail associates, please encourage them to refer to the Knowledge Base articles as a helpful resource for common questions and problems.
How To Best Communicate w/ TECHit
We want to make talking to TECHit as smooth as possible. Here's how:
First Choice: Use the TECHit Help Center. It's the best spot to ask for technical help. Just head there and you're golden.
Backup Option: If you can't use the Help Center, email us at techitsupport@untuckit.com. This is for asking TECHit for technical help. It's like raising a flag for us.
Remember, using these options will make sure everyone in the team knows what's going on, and we won't miss your messages. Let your teammates know too!
If you're a retail store and the internet is unavailable, email techoutage@untuckit.com. This is like our emergency alarm for when the internet goes down.
Got something to tell the whole TECHit team that's not about tech stuff? Email us at techitteam@untuckit.com. This won't raise a flag, but everyone will still see it.
