How do I submit a ticket to TECHit?

This knowledge article will serve as a “How to Guide” for new managers on how to file an IT Employee Onboarding or Off-boarding ticket.

TECHit Org, Departments

The TECHit org has two departments that receive unique tickets:
  1. The Technical Support Department and 
  2. the Employee Onboarding and Off-boarding Department

See department descriptions / purpose, in the image below.














How to Submit a Ticket

Log into the TECHit Help Center

Click on "My Area". 


Click on "Add Ticket".


Select the appropriate department. 


For example, below is the ticket form for a Technical Support related topic.

To find products related to your issue, use the search feature highlighted in the image below. It's the the magnifying glass icon.
