Troubleshooting Store Yealink Phone

If you are having issues with your store Yealink phone please follow the steps below:

 

  • Make sure ONLY the ethernet cable is plugged into the Yealink base unit located in the back office close to the network switch. If the power cord was connected, please disconnect
  • Unplug the ethernet cable, that is plugged in to the Yealink base station, and all lights should go off
  • If all lights do not go out then the power cord has also been plugged in.  Please unplug if so.
  • After 10 seconds plug the data patch cable back in and allow a couple minutes for the unit to reboot
  • You should now be able to place and receive calls and programmed
