Upon receipt of a replacement or new terminal, please share the following on an existing TECHit ticket or send an email to techitsupport@untuckit.com; include your store name/number, new terminal serial number, designated register number.
e.g. 001 Soho, 400-###-###, Register #2
*You will not be successful with the below steps until my team has confirmed that the terminal shared above, is assigned to your store.
