In the event the below instructions are lost, please follow the instructions to return your devices to Adyen.

Return instructions for your replacement request

  • 1. We will send you replacement devices, a return box and seal bags for your faulty devices.
  • 2. Put your faulty devices in the return seal bags.
  • 3. Pack your sealed devices in the return box.
  • 4. Place the return label on the box.
  • 5. Drop the box off at the designated drop-off point or schedule a pick-up online with the carrier.
