Here's what will happen to get you started (this takes 5 minutes, don't worry)

Step 1: You will be receiving an email from Zoom asking you to join Untuckit's Zoom Account. Follow the instructions to create your own password, this will set you up with a profile page on our website Zoom.us.

Why: This profile page is where you will have access to all of your customizable settings and recordings.

Step 2: You will then need to click on this link (Zoom Download). Download the client software by clicking on "Download" underneath the "Zoom Client for Meetings" and sign in once the download is complete.

Why: This is where you will have access to the Untuckit Directory and see employee availability, instantly chat, meet, or share files.

Step 3: Follow the same link in step 2 and scroll down on the page. Select the "Get from Chrome Web Store" button under the section "Zoom Extension for Browsers"

Why: This will populate the "Make it a Zoom Meeting" button in your calendar invites allowing you to add a Zoom meeting to your event with 1 click!

Step 4: Go to the App store on your phone and download the Zoom Application and sign in to use Zoom on your phone.

Why: Chat on the fly (literally, from an airplane if you want), join meetings in the car (Hands free of course), share content from you mobile device in any meeting.

Step 5: Zoomit!!

Note: You will be added to a Group Channel called "Untuckit Zoom Trial". Use this to chat in questions directly to me as they come up.

When you start the Zoom Application you will want to keep this running on your desktop at all times. This tool is meant to be used as an everyday communication tool.
