Yealink Phone | Access Voicemail Setup

Make sure to use the main extension phone for voicemail setup.

·      Each store has two extensions

o Them main extension will be the store # following “01”

o   Example: Store #055 will be 5501

Once you have the main extension number, press the voicemail button on the phone.  The system will prompt for a PIN.  Each store's PIN is set to the exact same number as the main extension number.  Example: Store #055’s PIN will be 5501.

​After entering the PIN, follow the prompts to record the new company voicemail greeting for the store.
