How to I Leave Feedback on a TECHit Knowledge Article?

We also really want you to trust the use of the Knowledge Base to solve your problem, prior to opening a ticket.

The articles were written and the knowledge base was organised, to help you solve common technical problems, easily, quickly, successfully.

If the articles are falling short of this, we want to know.
These articles were not written to replace your relationship with TECHit  😁

How do to leave Feedback?

You can leave feedback in the form of Upvotes and Downvotes with written feedback .

Click on Knowledge Base
Find a knowledge article.  Once there, find the thumbs up and thumbs down, buttons.




























See below, for example, if the thumbs down button is clicked. 


Downvoting

When Downvoting it is important leave written feedback, describing to us where the improvement in the article is needed.
If we read the article again we may notice where the improvement is needed ourselves, but we authored and "proofread" the article, so it's more likely we won't identify where the improvement is needed.

Here is an example of written feedback

e.g. "Reread paragraph 3 please, it doesn't make sense to me."  At least, here we know the challenge lies - in paragraph three.
