How to Visualize Your Hourly Traffic in Retail Next


  1.  Log on to the Retail Next platform via your bookmark.  If you do not have the bookmark, please use this link, and ensure to bookmark it:  https://untuckit.cloud.retailnext.net/

  2. Once you have signed in, click on the “Analytics” Tab (note, your view may look slightly different):

  3. On the visualization, choose TABLE

  4. Next, we’ll set the rest of the filters, starting with Locations

  5. Choose your store (your view may be different)

  6. Next, move to METRICS, and check TRAFFIC IN / TRAFFIC OUT and STAFF TRAFFIC IN / STAFF TRAFFIC OUT

  7. Ensure the DATE RANGE reflects TODAY / STORE HOURS

  8. Ensure that the GROUP BY is set to TIME in 1 HOUR INTERVALS

  9. Compare your manual counts against what is shown on the report:
