- Available during UNTUCKit’s normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
Process:
- Submit a ticket via the TECHit Help Center
- To follow up, log in to the TECHit Help Center, go to "My Area," and update your ticket with questions or comments.
Extended UNTUCKit Retail Technical Support
Support detail
- For business emergencies (e.g., critical technical issues affecting sales,, or register functionality issues) and internet outages outside of normal business hours.
- For all retail stores world-wide.
Process for After-Hours Support:
- Email: Send an email to techoutage@untuckit.com to alert tech teams and retail executives. A team member will respond within the hour with next steps.
- Call: Contact the Market Manager and a member of the tech team.
- The tech team will work with the store until the issue is resolved.
Examples of TECHit Support Flow
Example 1:
Issue: Store unable to ring sales outside of normal business hours.
Resolution: Store emails techoutage@untuckit.com, informs the Market Manager, and follows the escalation path.
Example 2:
Issue: Store unable to ring sales during normal business hours.
Resolution: Store emails techitsupport@untuckit.com with the subject “Store Down - Store ##,” informs the Market Manager, and follows the escalation path as needed.
Example 3:
Issue: Non-critical issue discovered outside normal business hours.
Resolution: Store emails techitsupport@untuckit.com, and TECHit Support follows up during normal business hours.
Helpful Hints:
If not for a new hire, submit your ticket to the "TECHit Support Department."
If unable to access the TECHit Help Center, email techitsupport@untuckit.com.
Avoid submitting duplicate tickets, as this may delay support.
