How to pair e285 with iPad/iPhone?
To configure the Adyen e285 with a iPhone/iPad, you can follow these steps:
- Power on the Adyen terminal
- Press 5 & the green button on the Adyen terminal
- Device info should pop up on the terminal displaying the model, serial number & IP address
- Tap the QR code in the bottom left corner of the terminal
- Sign into the Associate App on the iOS device
- Open the camera in the Associate App (like you're going to scan an item)
- Scan that QR code and the iPad/iPhone will sync to that Adyen terminal device. If the iPhone displays a screen that states "success" the devices are now configured together
- Do a test transaction to see if the terminal wakes up and asks for a credit card. If it does, configuration should be complete
