How to create a FOB Health Report





  1.  Log on to Retail Next (https://untuckit.cloud.retailnext.net/)

  2. Once logged in, click on “Reports”

  1. Click Add to add a report

  1. You will then be present with sections to fill out to create a staff health report.  First Give the report a name (i.e. FOB Health Report).  Then, from the template drop down choose “Staff Exclusion Tag Health”

  1. Choose your format (PDF Is easiest to read)

  2. Template type, you have options of Weekly or Monthly.  Weekly is preferred

  3. Check “Notify me when complete”

  4. Choose your frequency (if you want a 1 time report, or you want the report regularly daily, weekly, etc.)

  5. Leave the date range as is

  1. Email To: Put your email address (you can add others, your MM for example) in the Email To:

  2. Email Subject: Provide a description of the subject (I.e. FOB Health)

  3. Email Body: Add meaningful text that would allow you to search the email at a later date (i.e. FOB Health for Dates X - Y)

  1. Click on “Generate Report”
