Turn on and off the e355 payment terminal

Prerequisites
  • Ensure the device is fully charged before turning it on. See image below for guidance.

Turn on the e355

  1. Press and hold   until the device turns on .
  2. When the device has turned on successfully, it displays the home screen logo. If you provided us with a logo, the terminal will display your merchant logo. Otherwise, you will see the Adyen logo.     

Turn off the e355

  • Hold  for more than five seconds. During this time it will beep repeatedly until it begins to power down.
