Removing Configuration and Reboarding a Verifone Terminal

  • Access the Admin Menu:

         To begin, press 9 followed by the green circle to open the Admin menu.

         You will be prompted to enter a passcode; please input 4689.


  • Enter the Configuration Menu:

         Once inside the Admin menu, press the number 3 to access the Configuration menu.


  • Select "Remove":

         In the Configuration menu, scroll down until you find the "Remove" option.


  • Confirm Removal:

         Press the corresponding button to confirm your selection.


  • Terminal Reboot:

         After confirming, the terminal will initiate a reboot. This process may take a few moments, so please be patient.


  • Board the Terminal:

         Following the reboot, the Verifone terminal will display a screen that instructs you to "board terminal."


  • Store Selection:

         Select your store from the available option on the screen. This should bring your store.


  • Confirmation:

        Once your store is displayed, click the "confirm" button to complete the reboarding process.
