What does the red exclamation mark indicate?

What does the red exclamation mark indicate?

The red exclamation mark implies that there is unsynced data in the device that has not reached *adyen.com. This does not immediately imply an ongoing issue with the device. The best thing to check when this happens is if the network diagnostics tests are successful,

1. Press 9 + Green
2. Enter admin PIN
3. Network > Diagnostics > Test PSP Connection

If this is successful the exclamation mark will disappear when the data has been synced. If it fails, check at which step it fails and adjust accordingly.

Note: we have two different messages from the terminal, the first message containing the transaction data that will always sync, and a secondary message with receipt and log data that can sometimes cause this. But this is not an issue unless the network diagnostic tests fail.
