New iPad/iPhone Setup Assistant Screens


Received a New iPad or iPhone

Setting up a new iPad is usually handled by TECHit. But if you happened to get a replacement iPad from Apple, turning on iPad for the first time, these are the setup screens you will encounter and how to navigate them.

If you've received a brand new, unopened iPad, it may likely require setting up. Please share the device serial number on an existing TECHit ticket or send an email to techitsupport@untuckit.com, including the serial number.

Once the received TECHit will assign the device to your store and confirm. Only then can you continue with setting up your iOS device as a functioning register.
To locate the serial number, check the original box or check the back of the device for an engraved Serial Number.

Wiped iPad or iPhone

You can also use the below setup screens to rebuild an iOS device, that was wiped, for in-store use.

For any brand new or wiped company-issued device, the below setup screens will guide you toward setting up the iOS device as a functioning register in your store.





It is important to please share the device serial number with TECHit to ensure proper setup of your register. Update an existing TECHit ticket or open anew in the TECHit Help Center, including the serial number.
